Caleb, under the weather today found a little comfort cuddling up in my new quilt. Both the boys love following my projects and get excited when I finish!
A lovely day of sewing together with friends, one of my favourite things to do.This day was the beginnings of our 'friendship quilt'. We all shared fabrics and began sewing them amidst much sharing, laughter and fine food and tea at Jen's beautiful home.
Being my first quilt I had no idea what I was doing and it kind of shows in the workmanship but I am delighted in the finished product and am just as stoked that I finished it! Yes I can be the queen of unfinished projects, but this project excited me as I had always wanted to make one, so thank you beautiful friends, I love that I know which pieces are yours xx
