Delightful boyness...that's what I'm discovering on this journey.
Nearly every minute of the day my boys desire for anything physical is inspiring...and a learning curve for me. I can't help thinking and saying 'be careful', 'don't hurt one another'... yet if I step back, within reason, I see they are being just who they are meant to be - a desire to defend, defeat, protect, provide...it starts here and I can only smile and admittedly sigh sometimes as my girly mind doesn't get it at all!
Right now it's battles and knighthood, armour and swords which very conveniently allows me to sow some little seeds...the topic of the armour of God has been very keenly discussed! Here Daddy joined in for the battle and Caleb shows off his great battle drawings. Wonderful days.

Kerrie, I LOVE this post, the photo's, the delight in what he loves, the acceptance of our sometimes complete lack of understanding of boyish persuits, yet giving your boys room to flourish in them anyway - you are such a gracious mama! x m
