Sebastian putting together his Brachiosaurus - it was a dinosaur dig that he got for his birthday, so he was very excited to see all his hard work produce the finished product!

Sand mud play! A favourite pastime in our sandpit!If I could sum up our week it would be that it was full, full of real life really - energectic boys, who love being and learning together...we had more cuddles and I love you's...we enjoyed each other. Of course we did all this before, however I wouldn't really count that as 'doing school' that was all just extra to what 'had' to do. This week allowed me to see what happens when I step back and we have all loved it. There will be some 'required' work to do in the coming weeks, but I know I will be more relaxed about that, being more sensitive to their needs not my own agenda...knowing full well they are flourishing at home using the curious hearts and minds God gave them! And I have a renewed sense of the purpose and calling I have in having them home and living by faith amidst it all... this all equals a happier mummy!
I have so loved sharing about our days I may post once a week on the ways we have continued to be led into natural learning...

A great job done on making your dinosaur Sebastian and also Caleb's frog & toad. Its looks like you both are having so much fun. Congratualtions to you Kerrie for all the hard work that you are putting in with the boys...but it is fun also for you too isn't it. Lots of work gone into your blog. I'm enjoying watching daily the creations & advancements of our two beautiful grandsons. Love Mum
